Having lost his match at the Cinnabar Gym, Ash is upset and intends to battle again. But when Team Rocket invade the Gym and cause the volcano to begin erupting, Ash and Blaine, along with their Charizard and Magmar, must work together to stop it. After that, Ash battles Blaine again. However this time the battle is on the peak of the volcano. Ash ultimately defeats Blaine, in the rematch, and his seventh badge.

Pokemon Season 1 - Episode 57 – Volcanic Panic
